Thanks for that janb5I then I always think I wonder who purchased it in the first place and where they got it and why didnt they wear it :rotfl:It does look 'sturdy' but trendy so I agree with the write up.
Off again today to have a poke around so will see if I can not add to my collection of chazzer clothes

Crazy Clothes challenge £300/£48 and 5 months /0 without spending :T0 -
I have been deliberately avoiding the chazzers this week as I think richer pickings will be had next month, when people have had a chance to get rid of unwanted gifts.
Having said that I couldn't resist popping into a CRUK in a different part of town yesterday and was shocked at how out of touch the prices were. It is cited in a very deprived part pf London and I can't believe they shift anything when fast fashion is so readily available at lower prices a few yards down the High Street.
Some of my best purchases have been from CRUK shops - I am a regular supporter to the cause - but this kind of pricing does the charity no favours. In fact I bet it encourages locals to sell on eBay instead of donating.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

First trip round the charity shops since well before Chrimbo.
Not much in any of the National chazzas but the local community shop produced......
BNWT T shirty-type top in a brick colour for £1.24. Has a lace collar and little side splits so a bit smarter than a usual T
2 x stackable storage boxes for 75p each - just perfect for my growing collection of nail polishes
Pack of 5 x 'thingies' for 50p. (Little clippy things with a hanging loop to attach to a kitchen towel to hang it up)
Roll on next year and lots of bargains for us all...... :j

Child's coat purchased today, should have been £4.50 but charity shop was having a half-price day, so £2.25 paid.
Didn't recognise the brand (turns out it is Danish) but it looked high quality and in as-new condition, and have just discovered it online for 137 euros. Which is around £100.
Next year's winter coat sorted!“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
Jasper Conran cord jacket £2.99-perfect fit and great as smart or casual wear0

More books
And a faux fur hat in excellent condition, to replace the one I gave my mum last year. £3 is a small price to look cute
Also picked up on some interesting intelligence....overheard the manager saying that they've had stacks of stuff bought in, but not the staff over Christmas to unpack it! The over-riding message is "yet" .Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Hi All, long time lurker on this board, sporadically visit the charity shops and love to read about everyone's bargains! I figured the post Christmas clear outs have begun, was not disappointed today I got a full set of Simpsons Lego characters for £2.99 in a big Ferrero Rocher box. I gave a separate cash donation as I felt the set was worth considerably more. And a large compendium of family games for £2.99 to keep my husband entertained (I was actually looking for Monopoly). There were also a few gardening books but will try to resist this week!! Happy foraging!!0
