Had a few bargains over the last few weeks including

2 M&S cosy thomas the tank engines dressing gowns just the size for my twins who had outgrown theirs, virtually new £1.99 each, has saved me quite a bit so very happy all round as it's difficult to find something for both of them.

Have also been able to pick up a few kids books, games and puzzles between 50p & £2.50 so have a few stashed away for rainy days and when they have been very good. It's an inexpensive way to get some good 'reward' bits which I know they will be happy with. They are only 5 but love a bargain and seeing what can be found in a CS (one of them got a big, talking Buzz Lightyear with working 'laser' for £1 - he was so chuffed!).

Also got a cast iron recipe book holder for £4.99, brilliant condition and usually very expensive.

Bought a gorgeous Dunnes turquoise dress looks unworn - £5.50 looks fantastic with black polo neck and black thick tights/leggings.

Managed to get myself a couple of pairs of look like brand new jeans for £2 each, bought separately and from different places but strangely both Gap.

eta, nearly forgot last weeks bargain - Brand new still with label Hoppa shopping trolley in our local CS for only £5 (RRP £20ish). Had been talking with my sister only a few days before about them as she has some problems with her back and hands so can't carry things very well. I snapped it up to give to her. Very pleased. Decided they are really good and so keeping a look out for one for me now :)

Hope everyone is OK and still finding bargains.

    Hi all :)

Yesterday i popped into Droitwich whilst doing my nans shopping and picked up a TOMY paint pot (think thats what it's called). It's a baby/toddler toy anyway, i'd been after one for a while but they're quite pricy brand new. This one looks virtually brand new and had the batteries/all the pieces with it for £1.75.

Today in town i also picked up a pair of Dorothy Perkins blue skinny jeans in my size, but also short leg for £3.50. Again they look brand new and i often struggle to find nice jeans with a short leg.

I also saw a couple of nice jumpers, but decided to be sensible and pay my car tax first and go back if i had some spare money. I'm going back tomorrow, so if they are there it's meant to be.

    Suze :)

Next 100% cotton 3/4 sleeve tunic with fancy poppers down the front - also good with leggings £3.80

  • I bought a Ted Baker angora jumper on Saturday, for the whopping sum of £4.25 :D (Their jumpers start at £99....) It's a beautiful shade of blue and a wonderful shape; I wore it today and garnered compliments, which is always a plus!

While I was in that shop I tried on and rejected a DKNY jacket, which fitted perfectly across the shoulders- I'm quite broad- but wouldn't even meet over my bust! Apart from that it was lovely and I've been thinking about it since. Went back today, after a friend said, "you don't need to do it up, just wear it open" and bought it for £4.50. I've just looked at the DKNY site and they sell a plain white shirt for £630 so lordy knows what the RRP of this little beauty would have been.

Get me and my designer wardrobe! I teamed the Ted Baker jumper with a £3 Primark skirt today :rotfl: just to bring it nearer my level.
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

I found a proper asparagus steamer today. Excellent condition and with a nice heavy base, not like some cheapo ones. Price £1. Just wish it was asparagus season :o
