What is your charity shop bargain of the week?

Yesterday's bargain buy was a Regatta rain jacket in a little pouch - brand new - for £3. Half an hour later the heavens opened and I was wearing it! I later spotted them for sale in Hawkshead for £19.99!!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

Best buy recently was a pair of well-cut French linen trousers, and a white linen blouse with applique that screams "designer" (looks cool as well as keeping me cool!) - £2 each!
But my best ever has been a picture from a CS - Victorian, with a recent tear in it. You know they always say to look at the back, there was a gallery label on it, and another saying that somebody from Christie's had identified it as a fake, but naming the faker. I've had it restored; the picture cost £3, restoration £80 - I looked up the faker and his work makes up to £5,000. Antiques Roadshow here I come!0 -
I bought 2 Cath Kidson holdalls from one of the local charity shop for £12 each!
One was a little like this:
http://www.cathkidston.co.uk/p-19091-cath-kidston-spot-business-bag.aspx?referrer=category but wider and without the zip - I'm going to use it for work.
The other was like this:
http://www.cathkidston.co.uk/p-19915-cath-kidston-spot-weekend-bag.aspx?referrer=category but a different colour and (I think) slightly bigger.
Not massively cheap for bags, but good for Cath Kidsons - I also needed a waterproof work bag now the rain has returned0 -
Great buy Sweaty B0

Today I got a like new black metal fire guard. The stand up ones for £4. They are £20 on the internet. Will look nice with my Victorian open fireI have every possession I want. I have a lot of friends who have a lot more possessions. But in some cases I feel the possessions possess them, rather than the other way round0

Evening all.
Delighted to have found a pair of 1950's black and white flower pots with bamboo detail for 50p each ... stunning items a real bargain. I love charity shops0 -
Super chuffed with this weeks bargain
A brown cotton dress for my Mum for £3.99... made by 'See by Chloe' - RRP of their dresses anything from £200+!
She swapped me for a button down strappy summer dress that she paid £4 for - not quite the same bargain but just what I had been looking for!0 -

Love it lotsMy Mum bought a Waterford crystal clock for £1.95. We went out with a budget of £3 each as our challenge :rotfl:

Our local Age Concern shop has decided to price all stock at £1
Bought a lovely wool mix Chaus tweed jacket, a fab geometric 'Pure New Wool' long line cardi, a pure cotton pink striped shirt and a gorgeous vintage Laura Ashley cotton frock for £4.
Sadly the frock is too tight so I will re-donate it next week when I go back for another forage:heartpuls The best things in life aren't things :heartpuls

sorry, I know this was posted a month ago but just in case you haven't been yet or are coming again, so thought I'll reply
there are a handful of charity shops by central station, an oxfam (very pricey!) along St Marys Street and 1 by Queen Street Station. However, the real gems are in Canton and Albany Road (near Cathays) both not in the city centre but within walking distance (depends if you consider walking for 20min walking distance :rotfl:) They are unfortunately in opposite directions but recently I'm preferring the ones in Canton :-) you can also catch a bus for £1 to Canton if you don't fancy walking :T0
