That didnt stop thousands of familys getting to much tax credits a few years ago.

Ok so you have not lied, you just accidnetly put a claim in for a carer then drive 70 miles a day ? you accidently get loans and accidently get grants to do your kitchen ??? how does that work ? They know I drive, I am allowed to drive. Loans/Grants are for university, as far as Im aware there are no regulations on how you choose to spend it

You accidently lied to get a mortgage, you accidently tell us we are all so stupid ... actualy no that isnt true ... were just not desperate enough to spend the time working out which benifits will suit the problems we invent best instead we are to busy working paying tax`s for you.
Yeah the mortgage bit is true though. And I didnt lie per se, I just made unaccountable income, accountable income

Why should she get £200 a week plus £150's worth of board and lodging total £350 as an unqualified au pair for 20 hours a week (cushy sat watching telly) work???? You're so keen to save taxpayers money from misuse, I'm surprised youd advocate it.

And that time she is sat next to you is she not providing care incase you black out ??? oh sorry that doesnt happen now does it.

Not as an au pair, it is a Government led scheme for which employment rules do not apply.

Now I know why celebrities moan that papers put things totally skew wiff

You're not a celeb, far from it! I'm only going from what you yourself have posted here and on other threads.

So you don't need to put on the application exactly who will be the carer for you? No OK

You could just claim for the payments and not really have anyone care for you? No, you have to prove the money has gone to someone, its all audited So you could have the payments going a friend for example and then ask this friend to give you the money back once they have received it so you could pocket it all?

The poor au pair is doing 2 jobs instead of the one she was hired for, being paid a measly £50, in a country she doesn't know and you're whinging about her? Technically, although as a carer she doesnt actually have to do anbything other than be alive She is there for your son, not you.

You take her out but you don't want to take her out? Wuld you want someone with you all the time socially if it wasnt someone you'd willfully choose to spend social time with If I had hired them and invited them to live in my home, when she looks after my son while I'm at work or doing Uni work FOR FIFTY QUID then I'd be laying out a red carpet for her.
You buy juice but whinge when she drinks it? I buy 3 litres of juice to last 4-5 days, not 24 hours for one person. Well that's simple, either stop buying it, ot give her a pay rise so she can buy her own ~ she deserves much more than 3 litres of juice for Gods sake!

Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...

It is hardly care, she doesnt have ot be sat next to me. She is free to do as she wishes, have a bath, read, watch TV.....

Why not - you get more in DLA and tax credits (taxpayers money ) and you only work 16 hours???? To be honest I would rather she did - she is actually working looking after your child - dont know where you get your hours from - and you yourself state how awful if is looking after a child.
I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes ;)

How can she have a bath - how would she know if you have blacked out ...oh I know..because you only black out to an audience in a crowded place!

Well what are YOU going to do with the £200 a week?

Infact hang on......surely they are paying you £200 a week because they think your care is worth that??

You have applied and said you need care from X to X on X days and they have said here you go Miss K, have £200, that should sort it?:confused:

There's something fishy going on and it ain't the tuna I ate earlier!

No, you have to prove the money has gone to someone, its all audited So you could have the payments going a friend for example and then ask this friend to give you the money back once they have received it so you could pocket it all? Basically, yeah if your friend was prepared to have it go down as their income thus affecting tax credits and having to pay tax on it. There would be no reason though why not.

She is an employee, she is paid as such. She lives in my home as an employee. Her wage equated to over £200 if you realise value of the board

Everyone seems to forget the board is worth £150 a week
