I phoned 3 curyy's stores in Mid Wales, no one knew anything about it, all 3 were gobsmacked and went to check on computer and deals of the day... they had not heard anything about this particular deal. :rolleyes:

Went to Curry.s Stevenage this morning, one on shelf-ex demo told was sold.
None in stock, none coming in.
Asked Manager to check there stock listings- computer says no.
None in ASDA or Comets.

I just got one in ballymena store for £49.99 the manager said they were £95.00 but i got him to double check and there was just one left. happy days many thanks for the op.

....none at this price at Dudley and Kidderminster today but they can order at the website price. As it is a Sunday do you think it worth checking tomorrow in case the stores didnt have any mail, and if the Manager is off who checks the weekend deals?
Anyone hear if they will put these on the website at this price?

Got one in Newcastle store - unboxed, but negotiated a further 10% discount since it was unboxed, so not a bad deal, ps2 and singstar with mics for just under £45. Their system was showing stock of 5, but this was not the case. System was showing 1 in stock in Sunderland - worth a phone call if anyone lives in the area

Farnborough - plenty in stock but at full price. Got the manager to check, but he insisted there was no offer.

Guildford - guy there said they were all sold to staff first thing this morning.

Got the last ps2 from currys for £49.97 in Hudds mmmwwwaaahhhh evil laugh and grin - the buzz game was missing though so to the doubters the offer does exist

went into curry near belfast and got a few blank looks for my trouble!
didnt know anything about thiseven though they had psp stock it was just the consol .... is the ones people are getting a package deal withe the eyetoy and consol in one pack
