Hi
Was planning to transfer in but only got forms today. Do you think I will still get 4.05%. It states it can take 15 working days.
Also on form for transfer do i tick box for
Serve the full notice period
or
Proceed immediately with transfer bearing in mind any penalty. TIA xCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Spoke to a nice lady at BM this morning. Provided you have the confirmation letter, (with account details) you have the following "grace period" to return the Confirmation slip and cheque:
- 20th May 2012 for your 2012-13 allowance
- 10th May 2012 for transfers.
Get the paperwork back to them by the corresponding dates and the 4.05% will apply. (Got my forms yesterday <phew>!)0 -

Still waiting to see my new BM ISA appear online.
It was funded a) by transfer from BM non-ISA savings, and that account shows that the amount has been withdrawn
b) by transfer of old ISA from Halifax, and that has now gone from Halifax online account and I've received the paperwork.
I'm just hoping it will all show up soon as I do not like having no trace of all this money.0 -
I am pleased to report that my ISA transfer from Halifax has at last gone through, confirmed by BM by e-mail in response to requests for information.
No paperwork to confirm as yet. They said they had been overwhelmed with applications.
What I had not realised was that as this BM ISA is not an internet ISA it will never appear on my online account page.
Am just relieved to know that £50K has not disappeared into the ether without trace.0 -

Second request (please answer!): Which email address is it?
BM has been extremly slow with me and unpolite on the phone when I called. They had not even been able to tell me if my isa transfer had been actioned...0 -
Codetown Sorry for delay in replying but I have been away for a few days and not online.
I contacted BM via their website contact section- for internet accounts, and filled in an online message form.
It won't let me paste it into here. Sorry.0 -

Yes, thank you.
What would be useful would be the email address they answered from (this would presume that email address is monitored and can provide some form of support...).
You can find it looking at the 'from:' field in your email client.0 -
Newly retired,
did the account show up at the end in your online BM Savings space?
I don't have access to this section, but will require it if the account can show up. Even checking every so often the simple balance would be sufficient (and other banks do put online all their account balances anyway, even if the account is not internet specific)0 -
No, it is not showing online and I have been told it won't be.
I agree it would be useful to be able to see the balance and any interest added etc online. Other banks do show accounts online which cannot be operated online.
I'll go back to my e-mail inbox and see if I can paste the address of their reply for you- it looks a strange one.0
