I do get confused by all these how and whens - I was told by British Gas that it would AUTOMATICALLY be added to my meter some time when I top up my key by end of March???

( My duel fuel discount 'suddenly' appeared on my meter one day )

Sometimes I just think they want to fob me off on the phone lol other times I think they just don't know themselves so just 'assume'

Just wish I had some concrete FACTS from them , as extra worry is not good right now

That would not surprise me.

I used to work for ScottishPower, in the call centre originally, and it was amazing the information we used to get first hand from customers.

dont forget everyone you will need to re-apply for warm home 2013/14 after 6th april 2013 with your supplier

For those with EDF you can now regsiter for the 2013/14 scheme, were it is advised the payment will be £135.

British Gas have just paid warm home £130 into my account, so worth checking if you are waiting for yours to be paid.
Saying that can't believe how much my fuel bill has gone up this year since the previous special rate was stopped in favour of the warm home grant.

Had my voucher letter Monday and encashed it onto key Tuesday. But it was 3 weeks later than they said.

The games with BG have started as they say they sent out my voucher on Feb 25th but ive not got it.

so what happens now? will i lose it if they dont sort it out before March 31st?
