I booked flights,hotel and transfares with this company,all for 2011.I was soon called back and told there had been a mistake.my fligts were booked for 2012,it would cost £70 to have my tickets amended.I had no other choice but to accept a refund.

I have been waiting for my money a total of 12 days (so far).I have been left with a huge phone bill,3 bank charges and no holiday.

I have called and sent 4 letters.Just don't wase your time.

I recommend you speak to manchester trading standards and ask them to get a refund of your costs from on the beach for their continued "sharp" practices......

How can they book flights for 2012 and a full year ahead?

Generally airlines only release seats 11 months in advance. I'd check with the airline if it's possible that flights could have been purchased on that date for the dates in 2012.

Charter flights and low cost are on sale its the scheduled that are only on sale 11 months before.
