love this website and have booked my last 3 holidays with them and had no problems, very happy with their service and much cheaper than other alternatives.

I had a holiday to Tunisia 2 years ago with OTBeach. Airtours decided not to run the flight anymore so we had to rebook with Thomas Cook. We had plenty of warning and all flight monies paid (plus a bit more) were refunded. At the time they were in constant contact with us until we had it all sorted. Other than the flight change it was a great holiday, and we paid loads less for it than other people in the same hotel.

Pay them,
Find yourself a cheaper holiday than you were going to pay them,
then congratulate yourself on saving money and never, ever book with them ever again.

Why not go on the holiday they changed it to that you are happy with. If they want to charge to cancel then the new one must be live. In whcih case forget cancelling and focus on getting confirmation of the new live booking.

Forgot to say, then vote with your feet next time and go to a proper travel agent, who on the whole will give a better service
