Nearly booked through you whilst looking for a deal to Malta, and you were by far the cheapest!. My nan couldn't go in the end, so it's a blessing. OTB removed from links, and will bare in mind if I see anyone posting on open forums about this sham outfit.

Cant believe this company are still trading in the current financial climate, have seen loads of negative postings for them on different forums, am still seething at the underhand baggage charges they imposed on my Egypt flights (After I had agreed to payment) have emailed them at the address on this forum but not holding my breath though!

I've just got a quote and they're charging £165 on their website for a Ryanair flight which is £150 on the Ryanair site !

I got a reply from my complaint to otbeach. Basically they told me I should have checked their T&Cs (I did but like many people I "misinterpreted" them). However they did offer me a £15 per person discount off my next holiday booking with them as a gesture of goodwill. I will not be taking them up on this offer as there are bound to be T&Cs attached which will be beyond my comprehension. Why they think baggage should be booked additionally is beyond me, it is certainly not the industry norm. Even after revisiting their sight and conducting a mock booking, I still think the way the site is presented is very misleading. I shall continue to book flights directly with airlines in future.

Got an e-mail on Monday saying if I wanted to make an official complaint put in in writing to their head office address! Great help that was.....
Havent heard from ABTA yet.

On the Beach are tragic. I have recently learned of a sufferer who had money bleeded from their account.

User was pro active and finally got it back after misery.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT.

Are they still completing the transaction and then, and only then, adding baggage fees?

ABTA were a complete waste of time, just forwarded on OTB's pile of poo excuses about dynamic packages and other nonsense. Why then do they offer a HOLIDAY search when using their website not just flights and hotels.:(

hi yeah i've been with them 3 times egypt, turkey and mexico also my mum and dad have to. excellent company and very good prices do check acomodation on tripadvisor.com tho as the cheaper ones tend to be slightly out of the way also most prices dont include transfers but you can book them with them to and they are very cheap and realiable! hope this helps x
