Does this Dell definetly only come with trial cartridges, I ordered one of the A920s a while ago and got full size carts, also the description on their website says nothing about trial carts ? (see below)
Contents in the Box
720, Power adapter, Installation Software CD (software and drivers), colour cartridge, monochrome cartridge, placemat, owners manual, hardware recycle program and instructions.
https://www.eurojet-cartridges.co.uk also sell Dell compatible carts :
Black Dell 592-10039 for £13.99
Colour Dell 592-10040 for £14.99, although I've never used the company so not sure how good they are.

Dell charge about £25 for their fullsize cartridges, hence the trial size with your £10 printer.
You can get a USB from Poundland for a ?0 -
For the last time, you can refill their cartridges very easily with InkJet refill kits.
Netto have them now at £2-89 black,£5-99 coloured enough for approx. 8 refills.

I agree.
I used to do that for my old Lexmark printer very successfully.
I managed about 5 refills and then the quality went a bit and I bought new ones and refilled those.
For a £9.99 printer you can't go wrong.0 -
I gave my secretary one of these printers when she bought herself a new PC. I am now feeling guilty because, although I did warn her, she has bought a new set of cartridges from Dell at whatever inflated price they charge. I suspect that in the long run it might be cheaper for her not to have been given the gift.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

have a look at https://www.svp.co.uk for their cartridge prices as they tend to be very cheapthanks to everyone who has thanked me!0

Welcome to the MSE but you are about 24 hours too late with the DELL offer and if you have any connection with "line my pocket" you are also on the wrong board.0 -
Get a cable for 60 pence from www.ebuyer.co.uk
(plus extra for s&h, vat, wrapping paper, tape, petrol, or diesel, electricity, etc, etc !!!)
If your colleagues/mates have bought one of these, buy a few to keep the costs down.0
