It'll likely be an absolute pain in the backside! ๐๐๐ but worth it!6

Yep, what Cheery said - but you *do* have a cat with a runny backside right now (I can't spell diah ... you know).ย That's tough!ย And the Open Day might be the worst of it in terms of keeping it spotless.ย Hope it went really, really well.2023: the year I get to buy a car4

Oh itโs one of those words I have to look up every time Karma! Fortunately the paste from the vets seems to have done the trick though.
ย Open day went well according to EA. So waiting for the offers to stream in this morningโฆ and then, after a chat with the mortgage advisor, I may be buying a house!!
DH is away with work tonight, annoyingly, and has gone into work this morning, so I envisage many phone calls! Planning on having dinner with mum, either here or at hers - will do the salmon and rhubarb again.
ย In the meantime, I have a whole dayโs worth of work (and more), a visit to new cat clients and an eBay parcel to post. Better get out of bed then!
(No win for me on the PBs *again* this month ๐ข)

My new diary is here5 -
Morning all,
Thanks SL and KK. So we've had an offer for 20k over the asking price, but the man had sent his friend to view, so wants to come and confirm tomorrow. Slightly concerned that this is some sort of negotiating tactic, but there are other offers in, so it's not the end of the world (just for less!). Mortgage advisor got back to me late yesterday with good news about the high street lender being OK with the property (a check more of the property than us), so we've got a more detailed appointment with him this afternoon. And then, I think, regardless of the viewing tomorrow, I'll ring agent and put in an offer - we have offers plural, so technically the house will sell. Still waiting on a couple of answers from the vendor - so I'll send an email chasing that now.
In the meantime, I collected a small amount of food from Tesco for Olio this morning - only half a sack - so waiting for various collectors (including my sister). I've also been given the go-ahead for the project that was paused, so I'm getting on with that, and have other work to do too.
MS things:
* work!
* free lunch rolls from Olio
* clicks done - a few pence won on the Happy Wheel
* Surveys attempted but not qualified for - a few points for those
* Gfk TV survey comp entered to clear backlog of points
* ยฃ1 won on Gfk TV survey
Gratitudes:
* Lovely evening with Mum last night
* Work
* Sunflowers bought for viewings are cheery and happy
