Morning all,
Oooh thanks for the SL. Haven't really started any research yet, so good to know about the Coop, although there's one in Broadford near where we're staying. I think that's where Hector's is too? (Google Maps research to check there was a pub in walking distance of our accommodation!). It's somewhere I've always fancied going but have never got around to - and we had considered the NC 500, but felt we'd left it a bit late to organise. Beginning to get excited about it now as it's only next month.
Cat sitting pre-visit went well and they've added an extra visit and paid, so that's all sorted for next week now. Have also nabbed a couple of jobs on the work platform, which has become a nice little addition to my main clients (especially as things are so quiet at the moment). Have been doing some more thinking about my crafty side-business too, which is good - spent a lot of yesterday sewing, but this is still the stuff for family.
MS things:
* Clicks done
* £7.50 PA survey done - it's is going to be a good month for this at least! (and instant payout unlike my clients!)
* NSD yesterday mainly because the weather was so pants!
* Extra day of cat-sitting booked
* BIL and fiancee will look after our boys while we're away - we'll pay them, but it's peace of mind!
*Bibimbap last night for dinner (yum) and hm pizza tonight - all using stuff we have in
* Refreshed my profile on the professional website I renewed my membership for
Gratitudes:
* It's not raining - will definitely get out for a walk today
* Enjoyed my day of sewing and listening to an audiobook yesterday (loving my Airpods!)
* DH cooked dinner

Afternoon all,
Realise I may have told a massive porkie earlier - of course yesterday wasn't a NSD, I booked our holiday! 😂 (Karma, thanks for that windows key and full stop tip).
Today is also not a NSD as I've bought a top on Ebay (needed), an orange juicer (glass thingy, very low tech) from a charity shop - something I've been looking for for ages, and hayfever tablets, as per Martin's recommendation.Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Evening all,
A thoroughly unproductive day today, so fed up with the weather! When will the sun come up and it warm up? It’s been cold, wet and miserable here again today. I did manage a walk earlier and totally love my headphones for listening to audiobooks. I know I’m late to the party but it’s such a revelation!
We’ve just had JO’s tikka masala with quorn for dinner, using more stuff from the freezer. There’s also some left over for the freezer.MS things:
* from a group on FB I’m a member of I’ve added a couple of daily free games from bookies and today I win some free spins which translated into 4p in my account! You can also win actual prizes on the free games.* reinstalled Qmee for surveyage- can’t imagine it’ll last but at least there’s no minimum payout. £1.79 so far.
* meal plan is going to plan
Gratitudes
* a walk while it was dry
* chat with dad
* a fun game discovered on the PS5

I keep Qmee as my backup too and only use it if everything else is quiet! I generally try to manage it by only doing ones that are 10 minutes or less - that way I feel like I'm retaining some level of control!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
Cleared 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed
Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!5 -
Glad it’s not just me. Feels ridiculous setting up an invoice (for record keeping, not sending to them, obviously) for such a small amount though!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days
