    Thanks both. Sadly no luck with the vomit, and the X-ray showed the wire to be in his small intestine. So he's having surgery this afternoon. I'm glad he's insured (cost will be about £2000 in total - including an overnight stay etc.), but I'm just worried about him really. They'll ring when he's out of surgery, but it probably won't be until 6 or 7 this evening.

    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

    Morning all, just a quick one to say naughty cat is back home with his cone of shame - wire was in lower intestine, so having partially opened him up they're leaving it to him to get it out!

    Nightmare! At least it is passing through him. Hopefully it won't take too long but the cone means you might be compensating for his inability to clean himself properly for a few days...

    OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I finished the year at £2880.99/£3000 or 96.03% of my annual spend so I am sticking with a £3000 annual budget for 2026
