Hi

Its my Dad doing this at other end of phone but he has had 3 tries. No message when typing code but when trying to use new O2 payg SIM he gets message something like "Invalid SIM". He had 2 of these O2 SIMs send from O2, both SIMs give the same message.

invalid sim usually means the sim has expired or the phone is blocked.

is he entering the code without the spaces?

Thanks - I've tried again - it says "cannot undo restriction" and then "Phone restricted" - however after turning off and on again a while later it lets me input another code again...

Have tried the first one from gaming guy above... didn't accept... now it's restricted again so will try later on... thanks for your help guys...
