NBG as I'm 12000 miles away, and by the time it arrives I'll be ready to come home. Despite explaining that I'm not intending to leave them but just trying to cope with them not providing a service in NZ, no joy. "Can't make it any quicker guv". Aargh.

a local shop should be able to do this for you, no free codes for this model
