Only orange can unlock this phone, you have to ring them up and ask for the unlocking code which costs £30, no other way to unlock it.

I want to put an O2 sim card in it.

Can you please advise do I put the new sim in before I type the code in or no sim?

With no sim in the phone enter this code without spaces

#pw+813 441 334 165 452+7#

To get the + sign you press the * key twice
To get the p sign you press the * key 3 times
To get the w sign you press the * key 4 times
When you enter the final digit of the code it should say phone restriction off and the phone will be unlocked to all networks.

It cant be unlocked by free code as it is a DCT4 + phone, I think they can be unlocked by box so you wuill have to take it down to your local pro locker, if it can then it will cost around £5 nickie me little babe !
