Help!!!
There is no way of unlocking these phones by free code as they are BB5 phones, you will have to contact O2 for a code and they will charge upto £30 for it.0 -
I have contacted them, but they did not give me. What shall I say to them? That I will pay?0
-
Just say to them that you want to use your phone on another network and can you give me the unlocking codes for the phones, they will ask you for around £30 per phone, you have a right to ask for these codes so they cant disagree with you.0

I have just called them again and they told that I have to use it for one year! And after that they can give me the code. That is messed up!!!! Please help!0

Is it a contract phone or pay as you go ?0

Pay as you go0

Pay as you go
They have to give you the code then as the phone is owned by you, the rules for a contract phone are as follows- If you obtained your phone on a contract, you should consider that the phone remains the property of the network until you have completed your 12 month contract. Unlocking your Nokia phone while under contract may be a breach of your contract. You may wish to check with your contract supplier to see if unlocking is prohibited.
I would ring up and tell them you wish to complain.0 -
Is there are any other ways?0
-
There are no other ways to unlock them, not even by cable, It is your right to choose which network you wish to use so they are breaking a law and tell them you will complain. Here is a list of companies you can complain to. I would call them again first though and just make sure they know its a pay as you go phone and not a contract one. Stand firm and say you will report them if they dont.
