Hi everyone.

I need to unlock my Nokia on T-Mobile and use on Orange. When I turn on it says "Phone Restricted" - "Unlock". I am prompted for an unlock code. I have tried all the links you recommend but all the codes fail. My IMEI no is 357969003743544. Could anyone help?

Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

turn the phone on with the orange sim in and enter this code

Can you check the IMEI for me and the phone model as your IMEI is coming up as a nokia 3410?

Check your phone model by pressing *#0000#
and IMEI by pressing *#06#
