I've just checked the IMEI number and it says its a nokia 6233, these cant be unlocked by free code or by software at the moment, the only way to unlock it is to contact the service provider who will give you the unlock code at a price of between £15-£25, if you dont want to pay this then keep an eye on the BB5 sticky and a solution may become available for it using cables and software.
