it needs to be unlocked

post the imei number here (you can find it by typing *#06# into the handset or looking under the battery). it should be 15 digits

I thought all 02 phones were unrestricted. Anyway, can someone tell me if this uses a 32821 box serial? I downloaded the calc software. Cheers.

only contract ones are, payg are always locked. im not sure abt the box serial no

pm me the imei and i will get an unlock code for you

6111's dont always work for some strange reason, the box serial settings that should be used are as following

7 then 1 TRY FIRST

Cheers gaming_guy. I got it unlocked after all. It was a contract one which is why I couldn't understand why it was locked. Used the Prodigy 32821 box serial and phone restiction is now off.

Thanks to you as well Jaymarsh. I tested an IMEI you had got the unlock code for to test I'd the right one.
