Not been on for a while and not been sparkling much.
So decided that I'm coming up to a 'new ish start' time. I move house this weekend and start a new career on Sunday which I am so nervous about
Been told not to run for about 2 weeks and a week in and I am actually missing it a lot, but when I was running I had to drag myself out of bed some days. So thinking about it I am tempted to get myself signed up to one of those Marathon thingys  maybe Great North Run or something fun.
If anyone is in the Cheltenham area and fancy it then I will welcome people to train with as it's often easier with others. This of course is providing that it is what they think it is in my leg and it'll go in a few weeks, if not then it may be an idea on hold.
Also as I will be getting into a routine and debt paying off and budgeting like no ones business, I think I need to start planning my meals better. I did SW once to support my mum and found it great as I was never hungry but it was the old red and green days, are there offers to join online? Or is it likely to be cheaper if I just buy the mags and create a week I like? Or is the whole new WW plan better?I know what I need to do but think a little support somewhere will help me along the way.
Now back to the really fattening birthday cake I'm finishing for my other half and tiffin, tomorrow I will be judged by his family on my cake baking skills. Nervous or what!!! :j0 -
Becca I'm the weigh in lady at my SW & I see what fantastic results the new extra easy plan gets. Personally I only do green days as I'm vegetarian but the extra easy plan is really easy to understand, especially if you already know the principles of red & green. The only reason the SW plan ever doesn't work for me is when I simply haven't stuck to it! Good luck with cake judgment!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I was a Slimming world consultant for 5 years, i can strongly recommend the "diet" to anybody, its really NOT a diet but a healthy eat plan, and theres no need to ever go hungry
Attending group is great for motivation and ideas, but lets face it where all looking to save money and some can't afford to commit to £5 odd a week in group fees
If thats the case, you can join to get the lastest books, not sure of current offers for joining but usually aroud £10, and then go it alone using free support groups online, theres a slimming world thread within MSE forums, and the face book support group is also very good. You can also buy the lastest books from ebay ect, but normally these fetch around £20...so i would say go along to a group and attend weekly if possible, if not go along pay £10 odd get the book and full explaination of the eating plans and then get your support elsewhere as a 2nd option.
Also, check out your with your GP to see if you can get a referral to slimming world, and lot of people dont realise they are suitable for the referal scheme.

My hair is growing extremely fast at the moment, i only dyed it a few weeks ago and its already showing about half an inch of regrowth ....working night shift stacking selves has a hidden perk, ive been working on the hair care aisle and spotted the dye i normally use is on a reduced offer, so have picked one up today, saving around £2 on its usual price
I will hold out on using it for a week or so yet though.
LOL...this may sound like a strange one but ive also picked a really nice baker boy style hat up today from the carboot, 50p and it was new with tag from the white stuff. Ive decided to grow my hair a little longer so the hat will help for those days i need to nip out but don't want to 'do' my hair fully, im really pleased with it, im a bit fussy when it comes to hats, and this one looks lovely on too and is a charcoal colour so goes well with most thing i normally wear :TBuild your own dreams ~ or someone will hire you to help build theirs

don;t buy expensive weight watchers, etc meals. make your own healthy meals, they shouldn't cost more than junk.
some good threads on mse on how to eat healthily for a £1 etc.
Can't remember last time I bought a ready meal, healthy or otherwise! I meant more the buying of fresh meat and fresh veg. Which then as a single person I have to eat every day for a week so it don't go off :rotfl:0 -
First slimathon weigh in tonight and I've lost 3.5lbs!!! Must do more exercise this week though.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
