Ah, this old thread, I thought an update might be in order. NGP have sent me nothing since threatening court action. Nothing. At all. Cos they'd lose in court. And they know it. 2 years now! Perhaps I'll come back once a year to tell everyone they still haven't taken me to court!0

Thanks for the update, always good to see the advice confirmed.
Although nowadays we tend to advise most people in England/Wales to appeal and then appeal further, to POPLA, for various reasons.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I recieved a PCN from these Cowboys after being blocked in a car park for 35 mins by a BMW, apparently this took me over the maximum time you are allowed to park.
When i got the letter i googled it found this forum and chose to ignore it and now ive has a letter from a Rcburugh UK claiming that they are a debt collection agency wanting to charge me £207 for my fine...
now i work away 90% of the year so theres very little chance theyd catch me at home anyway, but my parents are a little worried someone will come knocking the door or even take me to court as threatened in the letter.
Has anyone else had one of these? is this just the last scare tactic the use to gain money or have i got a bit of a problem on my hands?
Thanks in Advance!0 -
Please create a new thread about this if you need further advice than ignore roxburghe, and ignore Graham White who has written you asking for £207.25p (exactly yes ?) , they are in fact roxburghe pretending to be solicitors .
