I'm back to looking for a more regular job after being on this thread regularly last year.
I'm seeing a few names on this page who I saw last year, are you all still looking?

So in the last year I started uni which has all gone really well. I was working two part time jobs at one point then started working as a supply Teaching Assistant. That was all going really well from November last year until March this year when I started my teaching placement. It's now been a month since I finished that and have the grand total of 2 days work in that time! Because placements aren't paid I've not had a proper pay day now since the end of March. To say I'm struggling is an understatement. There are still hardly any jobs around, in fact in my area I'd say it's worse than last year. I've managed to find only 2 retail posts to apply for and a couple of school posts.Saved: £1566.53/ £20000 -
I manage to get a temporary local postion for a couple of months.
Though not what i am interested in jobwise or money wise...I am very greatful as I was truly loosing the will.0 -

My interview today went really well. She told me she knew I could do the job hands down from my CV so didn't ask me any of those job specific questions just a few other ones so fingers crossed. It's a maternity cover post and for a good reputable firm.0
