Hi, just butting in to say I often find stuff I want on the German Z P website cheaper, especially things related to Aquariums and fish
but also random stuff for the guinea pigs or dog toys. I LOVE that website!
I was just browsing the forums as I am reassessing my dogs' diet as we have real trouble getting them to eat anything cheap or expensive!
Interesting read re insurance.
mine cost me about £80 I think, really must check that......(am too scared to add up the cost!)Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

Great, thanks Buffy - have you had any problems with deliveries?

My boys went on huger strike for a week now - refused to even sniff the "Classic" so had to order some of the current favourite "Felix as good as it looks".
4 boxes of 44 sachets came to a bit so added 1 set of 2 bags of that other Biocat that is £11.50 or so for two....so will be testing that too0 -

Ohhhhhhhh will be interested to know if it is the same / if so, how well it does with masking smells (as I presume it's unscented)
Do your boys like Feline Fayre?
It was on offer in a big Tesco today - 1 box of 40 (85g) pouches was £12 but you got 2 boxes for £15
Sadly neither of my fussy b00gers will eat it :wall:Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

We are only talking about financial side of things here as it does cost money to keep those pets happy and healthy for as long as possible.
I would never dispute what you say in your post above, you are absolutely right. They add value to our lives, a lot of it.
Zara is 8 this year. So if one of my cats, Teddy - I can only hope they stay well for another few years and whatever I can to ensure that0 -
Rising - my boys are your typical cats. The second I stock on something/anything - they go off it.
I do not go into shops. I order EVERYTHING online.
I have Sainsbury's next to the station where I work but may only buy a cartoon of soya milk there or some fresh veg or 2 and even that very occasionally...
I just order everything online, food, clothes, shoes, cleaning stuff - all gets ordered/delivered, no time or desire to physically go shopping...0 -
My new litter is on Yodel van - will see.
So far I can already see that Biocat is not as good as GG.
Clumps do break and are not as solid as GG.
But no smell, will see how long it lasts0 -

I don't think the BK was ever quite as good as GG - I think it was always just slightly behind BUT it was a lot cheaper which is where it made up the difference
I'm finding if I'm not too 'vigorous' with shaking the unused litter off the clumps they're fine
Strangely, I changed Archie's tray at the weekend & put the last bag of GG in there and the clumps it's making are awful& totally breaking up - it's also really, really dusty  I really do wonder if the last lot I got was a funny batch as it's been really poor

GR, I'm not even sure why I'm bothering to post as I'm sure you'll tell me to sod off and ignore me like you have others, but still, please don't commit insurance fraud! I'm fairly sure it's quite illegal and could cause you serious problems down the line if you get caught out. Every penny the insurance company pays out while your dog is covered as a Belgian shepherd cross is money obtained by deception. It's not a money saving trick, it's a very serious matter!
I couldn't help but recall this post from you a while back:I am a GS person through and through and a rescue offering me any other dog just will not cut, sorry.
I wanted a GS and so I got a GS... end of - for me.
...until discovering a BS is £70 a month cheaper, then not so 'end of' after all!
Be honest, you know you're not really playing by the rules now, surely? Look after your dog AND yourself and ring them back with the correct facts.0
