Just had a look at the bb cream you mentioned. Unfortunatly it isn't veggie friendly so I couldn't use it.

I bought the Missha Signature M which might be the one for you. Its eco cert ingredients and no animal testing etc.
https://www.missha.net gives more details about each one.
I bought mine on ebay from a seller recommended by someone who buys from them regularly.
Missha has three or actually 5 shades not all available from ebay. The palest is 13 for very fair skins. Again follow the link and it shows shades etc.
Unfortunately they do not ship to the UK direct though have a US site again no shipping to the UK.0 -
Can anyone recommend me a BB cream? My foundation is ivory dream matte mousse. So confused as there are so many brands and shades available!0

donnac2558, can I ask which ebay seller you use?
From this thread i've seen bellogirl and rubyruby mentioned so they are on my "safe" list but they don't seem to sell the little samples - or at least I couldn't see them but I might just be being dumb!

I bought the Missha shade 13 from Sing-Sing-Girl on ebay. I love the colour, it is the first time I have had a foundation that has come out of the bottle the right shade for me.:j
I'm also impressed that it has a high SPF (40-something IIRC?) as most Western stuff has SPF15, 20 at most and for me that's not worth bothering with once out of the depths of Winter. I tend to only wear foundation for work in smart places and nights out though so on days I'll be getting a lot of sun exposure I'll stick with my SPF70 cream.
It feels nice on and stays well all day. The only thing I have found is that it doesn't have a lot of coverage, it is for fans of the natural look. (Although I should play with different methods of applying and building up cover, I've never had much experience of this due to never being able to find a foundation the right colour, I never wore it often!)
I've tried so far smoothing with my fingertips and using a sponge. Both turn out well and I'm going to try the patting method. I have a foundation brush but haven't got the hang of using it yet. It's a cheapie with a foundation brush at one end and a smaller brush for concealer on the other, I swear by brushing my concealer but the foundation is difficult to do! :doh:Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0 -
This is the seller recommended to me.
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/AccessoriesWhole?_rdc=1
Their prices are a bit higher than some other sellers, but free shipping which I received in 7 days including weekend. I got three samples of another brand of BB Cream and cleanser in the order.
They sell 20ml size which they class as minis the full size is 45g.
As I said before someone on another board I visit actually send me a 20ml tube which had about 5mls left to try the colour.0 -
I have decided that the garnier cream isn't actually doing anything even though I was impressed at first.
I have just sat and caught up with this thread.
shegirl can you tell me which colour MAC & Lancome you use (or used to) and how this matches with your new BB creams.
I notice that donna2558 has misha 33 and is MAC NC20

^^^ oops sorry donnac2558 that's my mistake. I started this thread and now I'm more confused than ever with holika holika, misha 23, skintruth79 et al... :rotfl:
I have been trying to get the clinique BB cream as recommended but so far the stores haven't got it so if I'm gonna take a chance online I might as well finish what I started and buy a proper BB creamThe most potent weapon of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed. Steve Biko0
