Must have saved at least £15 on not buying the usual extras. Apart from sitting on a friday night with a lemon water and not a glass of wine or diet coke, and no chance of winning the lottery (because i dont have a ticket!) its been fine.
thannks sweetilemom x0 -
No problem Donna, hope it helps! Well I went food shopping today so not a NSD but just staying in tonight and no plans for tomorrow, maybe just reading a few magazines ( free downloads through local library! Just found out today they offer this!)0

Snow here so had to stock up with food as I have been running the freezer down since Xmas and had nothing to fall back on if we are snowed in for a few days - apart from 1 beef burger (to feed 4). Will start again today.0

Day 3 completed yesterday, won't be buying anything today either xNovember NSD's - 70

Argggh!
Lost my way this week as we had to bring forward entertaining our friends to avoid them travelling in bad weather! Food had to be bought and we stocked up on pet food to tide us over. I still am reluctant to go out when it is slippery as my foot is still not 100% after last years accident.
Anyway today is a brand new day and so far a no spend one! :j
Leftover veg and mash is now in the slowcooker to make lots of lovely (I hope) soup, dinner tonight is the leftovers from the weekends roast dinner for our friends visit. I bought a large piece of pork loin and it has fed 6 generously with plenty left for tonight and I cut a third of the joint off and popped it into the freezer for another day! Leftover pastry from the weekends apple pie has made a plate size jam tart which we will have with custard tonight. I ran out of instant drinking choc this morning but will manage with the kind you add milk to and use the dried milk for this.
Keeping busy using up some yarn with some crocheting (making my friends gd a blanket for her dollies) so not tempted to spend!
Well done everyone! Every day makes a huge difference!
Catz xOur days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

No spend Sunday and Today, Monday I ended up buying molton brown online for £47 (should have been £66 but 25% off offer & 5% cashback + free delivery). Going away for a girly weekend ( instead of buying birthday & christmas presents for each other ) so wanted to get my husband a gift as a treat so its a shaving gel, face wash + moisturiser. Oops, nevermind. Firmly back on the wagon!0

Another 6 day fiscal fast completed:) freezer is looking slightly less full:)
Will be going food shopping today to replace what I have run out of and buy necessities for the next week. List is looking slightly longer than last weeks, but I am still spending under budget.
Aiming on a new 6 day fast from tomorrow:)November NSD's - 70 -
went and bought some fresh fruit and veg yesterday and I am hoping I won't need anything else for the coming week.I may drop in to MrTs if the snow hasn't arrived to buy one of their 2 kg bags of red split lentils as they are on offer at £2.00 instead of £2.99 quite a bargain and I really fancy some spicy red lentil soup to keep me warm in the cold weatherBut if the snow arrives then I shall be staying indoors until its gone so several NSDs ahead of me I think.Sill I am pleased with my spending this month having cut back quite a lot and I'm eating up all the Christmas left overs that I can
