Getting professional help to beat debt. Diary

Well my get up and go has got up and gone!! I'm sat here still in my pj's listening to the rain pouring down outside and writing lists of things I need to do this weekend and I really can't be bothered to do any of them!
January is a rotten month! Pay day is taking an eternity to arrive and I don't feel like I am achieving much at all on the debt busting front! It's about 5 weeks since I paid anything off! It all seems to have come to a standstill and I am finding myself panicking that I'm not going to get it paid off this year after all! I seem to be doing a lot of planning but not much doing!
Well I suppose I had better stop moaning and get dressed and crack on with the chores! I have 2 dogs who are desperate to go walkies! In this rain! I tell you! :rotfl:LBM 01/03/12 Debt £[STRIKE]27924[/STRIKE]

January blues aren't good are they I have had my share this last week. I would love to become a stay at home mum but it is not going to happen, especially with my debt.
Hope you enjoyed walk.sealed pot challenge 099

Hi Shinner,
Our debt will be gone before we know it, we need to just keep focussed I guess! (sometimes harder said than done)
Walk was semi ok! The good bit was it got me moving and woke me up a bit, the bad bit was being dragged over a stone stile by one of the dogs and hurting my leg and losing the cat!! Yep the cat has a habit of following us (I'm sure she thinks she's a dog) but she usually turns back once we get to the end of the lane. I Thought she'd gone home but a mile further on I heard her crying behind me!! So 2 miles into the walk and 2 miles to go I'm wondering what the heck to do! My dogs were really playing up and dragging me all over the place so there was no way I could carry the cat. I just had to re-plan the route to stay away from the busy road and walk really slowly. Poor thing was worn out. I lost her about a mile from home. A car flew past and scared her and she ran into a farmyard. She is not too far from home if she was to cross the fields rather than follow the road, so hopefully she will get back ok. I brought dogs home then went back out to look for her but didn't find her. Hopefully she's just having a rest somewhere. She goes off wandering quite a lot so I'm hoping he knows where she is and finds her way home.
Hope you have a good weekend!

It looks like it's turning into 'one of those days' for you
Well I was so desperate for wine last night I drank some Rose I had left in the fridge from New Years (mum left it...yes, another one!) and it was only 7% vol!!!! Was so intent on being MSE I refused to buy more and put up with it!
What a hero!
Also is turning into a weird day for me. Came over all aches and pains in Post Office and just had to get home. Had to spend a fiver on some B££chams all in one (?) and luckily it seems to be working. Not a lot done since!

Well the cat hasn't turned up yet! 2 days missing! I'm hoping she has stopped off at the farm down the road for a rest rather than got lost on the way home. She can't be too far away so fingers crossed.
Went shopping on way home and redeemed my voucher for £4 in nectar points! Yay! And used hubby's card to buy the shopping! Double yay!
Just on with baking a batch of blueberry breakfast muffins (Thanks Fortune Smiles for the recipe!) which judging by the amount of them will keep me in breakfast and mid morning snacks for the rest of the week and some!

I hope the cat returns soon. I had a cat who went missing for a week then turned up very noisy and hungry. Fingers crossed yours comes back soon.

Muffins were lovely! I took some to work and they went down really well! (though saying that I ate most of them! Ha ha!)
Cat still not home! Just had to throw out the half used tin of cat food as it had started to go off! She's been gone longer than this before but always gone off on her own. This time I feel worse because she has followed me for three miles and then got spooked by a car. I'm worried she won't remember how she got there or figure out how to get back. Hubby thinks it's funny as she does my head in when she's here and I've always said I'd never have another cat, but now she's missing I feel really upset!LBM 01/03/12 Debt £[STRIKE]27924[/STRIKE]

Sorry to hear about cat not being back yet.
I had a cat who ran off when her sibling was pregnant (and territorial) and I didn't see her for a year...was really upset. Couldn't believe it when she turned up in the garden after a year! She won't come near me though and sneaks in to eat food and runs away again! xx£2 Savers Club 2014 £54 £20 Jan £14 Feb Mar£8 April £14[
