Well i didn't make it to the tip. However i have dusted downstairs, cleaned toilet and bathroom, hoovered throughout, stripped our bed.....lovely fresh sheets tonight. Washed up and cooked a full roast. Well didn't do the roast in an hour but all my Veg was prepped. Put away all the washing, hung out a load and filled washer ready for morning.
I seem to get more done in an hour than ever before!!! Maybe its cos i plan what i need to do??

Morning folks
So yesterday I....cleaned the oven, polished, hoovered (the whole house) and cleaned the fridge. I also did a bit of reading for college.
Today I will clean a couple of kitchen cupboards out and will sort through some books to bag up and take to a CS. I also need to scan a "proof of postage" to email to Amazon - the b's have charged me for my faulty kindle replacement saying they've not received the faulty one
Right, better go and do a bit...back later to update!
Thanks again for the thread Lamarsi :A

Kids bedding all washed and about to dry and fridge freezer defrosted and cleaned ready for food shop tomorrow/Thursday. That was a pig to get the last of the ice out of and shot myself in the head with a large golf ball of ice that suddenly came free. But feel good now........besides the concussion!:eek:LBM 2008 [STRIKE]£45,091.23[/STRIKE] eek: now £7889:T Debt free date 18/07/20180

Hello everyone,
Good to see everyone doing so well! I have had a fairly productive few days & managed to sort lots of wedding bits, however we are really behind with the housework so I need to crack on with that tonight I reckon. Hope I have time as I will also be spending an hour at a fitness class (& another hour+ travelling there & back!) Dinner is quick & easy tonight (veg stir fry) so hopefully that'll free up some time.:idea:Debt at July 2012: £12,862.57

Hi all,
Have had DD at home unwell for the last couple of days so routine has gone out the window. However, today I didn't just sit in front of Bargain Hunt ;)I cleaned the french windows (grubby handprints) and potted up some plants that I had been meaning to do for days.:TMortgage-free wannabe!0 -
Hi all
Cleaned out 2 kitchen cupboards this morning and made a bolognaise sauce for kids tea. I put in a washload when I got home from work, did a bit of college work and listened to DS read. Then Mum came round as a surprise visit so enjoyed an hour with her. Lovely day, very productive and hardly any tele

I used my hour to do myself a full roast dinner with a chicken that had been in the freezer quite a while.
Managed to get 4 roast dinners out of all the ingredients so portioned them out in to separate containers to use as ready meals.
Also got another container of meat off the carcass so that is ready to make something tomorrow to portion out.
Bones and skin added to my stock tub ready for making soup tomorrow too.
My freezer is filling up with home-made ready meals, so that will free up some hours over the next week or so as I wont need to cook!0 -
Morning!
I've got parents evening and then college tonight so will be out of the house from about 5.30 to 9.30. I'm going to class that as my productive 60mins+. I will print some of my stuff off for my file though.
I emailed the scanned copy of my Proof of Postage to Amazon and they emailed me within an hour with an apology and re-imbursed my account - phew!
I'll give the bathroom a quick wipeover before I go to work so I feel that I've achieved something at home and consider myself saintly for doing so :A
Oh, I'll book the car in for its MOT too.
Have a good day everyone

Hi everyone!
Found this thread and love it! I am so guilty of saying I don't have enough time but always seem to have time for wasting on internet and watching tv?!?! Am going to subscribe and start using my 60 minutes today! Plan is to spend 60 mins tidying and also am going to go to gym before I start work at 2pm. Might even achieve more than that but would be very happy with that! Normally I just fritter away my time in the mornings if I'm on a late shift! Not anymore! I am also planning our wedding for August time so will be good to allocate time towards organising that :-) Looking forward to this!!!
