I fell at the first hurdle last night...oops!!! :o Must do better tonight, although I did at least go to my Tkd class which was definitely 90mins well spent :)

So tonight's plan is to definitely not waste time on FB, & work on that wedding website!

Hi there, ooo this sounds like something id like to do!! i am constantly wasting my time on days off and after work and then say i couldnt get it done as i have no time!!

This Morning i was on the later shift so started at 12.30pm, before this you would think i could get my whole flat clean and extra bits and bobs done but no what did i do- Sat in bed until 10.30am playing words with friends on my phone and checking my fb and twitter, After this i had to shower and get ready taking me to about 11.30, giving me 30 mins before i left for work which i could have done plenty of things around the flat, make a few phonecalls iv been meaning to make or get my lunch organised.
Instead i watched Supernanny meaning i was so lazy i ended up having to buy lunch at work as i couldnt be bothered throwing a few things in a bag!!

So tomorrow i will be taking on the challenge, i have a smallish 1 bed flat and im fairly certain all my cleaning could be done in an hour. I could also go a run some days before work or make lunches for the week etc.
    Bring it on :)

Today's hour has been made up of batch cooking again, cleaning the carpet, walking the dog, cleaning the carpet again(!) and doing laundry :)

  • Hi Lamarsi! Great thread, I'm joining! I too am a tremendous time waster. I need to learn to be more organised before I become the mother of two under 3's! Today my 60 minutes will be split.

. Find out about local car boot sales and arrange a time to go.
. Start looking out car boot stuff.
. AT LEAST 30mins of tidying up the dining room.

I've already started my 60mins by working on my wedding vows today, also going over to the parentals to see my sister & baby niece to see how big the little bridesmaid dress is on her!

No exercise class tonight which is a shame but needs must, & I have been good & gone Mon-Wed :)

So yest. before work as i said i did absolutely nothing was so lazy i didnt even make my lunch!

Today i completed my 60 min challenge ;)

Firstly i washed all the dishes that we didnt do last night, whilst i was doing this i put a load of washing on.
I took all the clothes down from the drying rack and put them away or put them in the ironing basket.

I made today and tomorrows lunch, just tuna and pasta and cleaned up the mess from this.

I gave the living room a quick dust and cleaned the coasters. i swept al the flat and put the used towels in the laundry basket.
Then i hung up the washed clothes on the drying rack and made the bed.

All of this only took me about 40 mins :) which means when i get home from work there wont be crap everywhere like usual. Im quite enjoying this thread, lets see what il get done tomorrow.

Swept the floor, cleaned the grandparents off the telly, put away all the washing, did another load of washing and hung it out and made tea for tonight and tomorrow. The house is tidier and i am less stressed. love this challenge.
