Anyone in the Bristol area that would like to take advantage of a freebie tonight, if you pm me i will forward tickets to Titanic 3D showing tonight at cabot circus, i was going with a friend who has been rushed into hospital so now have the tickets available.

It tickets for two people tonight 7pm Cabot circus must be able to print off tickets i will forward to you.

Going out for half an hour will check pms as soon as i get back and forward tickets on xx

Thing is, don't even go there that often. If nothing specials on then maybe twice a month, if lots of bargains around, then possible once a wk.
Most of the staff there are lovely, but not had any particular conversations with them. Only proper conversation I've had is with one of their security guards who also mans the ss some nights. That was only because he had lost weight and wanted someone to know and he was also on when I did a coupon shop a few wks back. But nothing untoward there, all legit.

I've had longer conversations with their ss tills, than their staff :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Call 101. Non emergency police line, they put you through to whichever force you wish to speak to. They'll be able to tell you if a complaint has been made and give you the ref no. (Although as I've already said, I sincerely doubt that T's bothered. Just a scare tactic probably)

if they suspect a member of their staff, then thats btwn them and the staff in question. They are free to carry out internal investigations. Calling a customer up, intimidating them and telling lies is not acceptable. Add that to the fact that the manager refused to give further details of what she suspected took place, etc and subsequently hanging up, its just unbelieveable.

Thanks, but huge huge town. I suspect they must have a few, but wouldn't know where to start and won't be able to drive there tonight anyway, too tired for the journey :cool:

Fudge - really feel for you, and am sure it will be sorted. Sounds like bully tactics to me - any SA who treats a customer like this needs to go on a Customer Care course. Reckon she had her eye on them! All the best.:)
