That's very sad and I'm sorry about that, but as I stated previously, no-one would have been working at 7am on a Saturday morning.
And incidentally, seeing as I seem to be taking some flack for sticking up for Celebrate a bit after mmw's remarks, it wasn't me who was speeding!
guys i've already apologised i only mentioned it to ask about the paper licence not to boast about being caught
i promise never to speed again :A:A:A:A:A
can we drop the subject now???:o:(
fudge i'm shocked and upset big hugs xxxxx
sorry am at work can't post more xGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -
Thanks everyone for all your kind words and advice. Just positively fed up now
I know they have no case with the police, but I would like to know exactly what it is they are accusing me of.
Still no call from store manager, so 3rd call to HO. Lovely lady said she pass to special department and they'd call back in about 2 hrs  I'm afraid I kinda lost it at this pointRaised my voice a bit (although did apologise as not her fault) and then just started crying
I told them that manager would probably have gone home in 2hrs and advised them of my next action, if call was not returned soonerIf Tesco had pressed charges against you the police would have arrested you under caution (to take you to the station for questioning) .
Please go to or phone your local police station and ask what details they have in relation to an accusation of theft / fraud made against you by T's .
Thanks, but wouldn't be my local police station (and they don't open anyway, just a phone to call centre :rotfl:) The t's was in a different countyA clinically depressed person with a sleep condition. I'm in my own little world, but it's ok the people like me here
Any offence is not intentional, I'm really quite harmless0 -

If it were me I'd go to the police station in the town that T's is located .
After all , accusations of theft and fraud are serious matters .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -
I'm wondering if they suspect a member of staff of doing something naughty (is that called 'doing a Helen'?) and possibly Fudge had a totally innocent, unrelated conversation with said staff member during which they imagine information was passed on?
It could have been a simple 'chilly tonight isn't it?' conversation but if they suspect a staff member of doing something wrong and they possibly recognise Fudge who goes in there a lot they may have put 2 and 2 together and made 5.
Do you recall speaking with any staff members Fudge? If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -
Celebrate hun, it wasn't you I was ticked off at :A, as somebody else rightly said we've all sped at some point.Hope is not a strategy.0

Don't know what your earlier post was exactly, but if you get a speeding ticket from a camera or man holding camera, then you need to send both your paper and photo parts of your licence to the DVLA. They will mark the paper part with the speeding offence and send it all back to you.
The offence is valid for 3 yrs, but cannot be removed from your licence for 4 yrs and again both parts of the licence need to be sent away, with a fee, to have it removed.
If it was a question of whether you were caught, then you should hear in the post within 7 days. If nothing within 7 days, then you are probably in the clear.
If you are pulled over by police for speeding and they give you a producer (7 day wonder), then if you haven't got them on you, you have 7 days to produce both parts of your licence, insurance and MOT (poss reg doc too, not sure) to your nearest police station.
By the way I do not condone speeding, nor do i want to add to any debate. Yes I was caught once, it was by a policeman with a camera in a 50 mph zone. I was doing about 56 mph.
This area had only recently been changed down from 70mph, following an accident where a little boy died, and now has a fixed speed camera.
Whilst i have obvious great sympathy for the child and his family, in this instance the child was crossing a busy dual carriageway, metres away from a proper crossing and the driver who was convicted, drove off because he had no insurance and I think from memory no valid british licence. It was a very tragic accident.A clinically depressed person with a sleep condition. I'm in my own little world, but it's ok the people like me here

Oh, remember the first DTD I got on batteries and how the manager told the SA to ignore the difference in price between the SEL and the price I paid and to just refund DTD on the failed BOGOF? And also how they abrupt with me and not interested in the fact I hadn't used my vouchers? I emailed to complain and there is a £15 money card on it's way to me.:beer:0
