    I've never heard of 'Turdarton'....:rotfl:
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

    Just done this too :)
I think there's a bit of a backlog as I've not been emailed my coupon yet.

Has anyone bought any of the Thomas knives that they have on offer - if so are they good and worth spending money on?

Thanks everyone for all your kind words and advice. Just positively fed up now :( I know they have no case with the police, but I would like to know exactly what it is they are accusing me of.
Still no call from store manager, so 3rd call to HO. Lovely lady said she pass to special department and they'd call back in about 2 hrs  I'm afraid I kinda lost it at this point :( Raised my voice a bit (although did apologise as not her fault) and then just started crying :(

I told them that manager would probably have gone home in 2hrs and advised them of my next action, if call was not returned sooner :(

Thanks, but wouldn't be my local police station (and they don't open anyway, just a phone to call centre :rotfl:) The t's was in a different county :(

If you don't hear from them soon, I'd write a letter to HO and send it recorded delivery. I recently had a very unpleasant experience in T's myself, with junior staff lying to a a manager and the manager choosing to believe staff. He also point blank refused to provide evidence.
CS HO investigated- manager stuck by his accusations, yet doesn't provide proof. CS apparently cannot force a branch to release proof to them and will take a store's word above the customer's, so they are pretty much useless in resolving serious complaints.

Due to the way I was treated, I will be sending a rd letter to HO and taking things from there...worth considering this if you do not get the desired outcome from CS.

Quick heads up, not sure if store specific but my local express store has a load of frozen food rtc. I couldn't get any cos I'm on my way to the larger store and my freezer is full. Some very good bargains to be had.
    :(

I'm going to have to go to the other side today (As) to hunt cheap beer as my M&S order for OHs diploma celebration was a disaster. :(

Firstly I didn't notice one crate was only 330ml bottles due to units per bottle description being wrong, ie that of a 500ml bottle. I have no idea if they have altered description since I ordered either because I'm 99% sure I would have noticed it saying 20 x 330mls but have no proof if it's been changed sinceI ordered. :(:(

And worse of all the mixed crate I ordered has not arrived because it was damaged and been sent back before it even reached us and they don't have any in stock to replace it. :(:(:(

The best buy I can find for bottled ales at the moment is from As for either Hobgoblin or same brewerys selection of 4 pack for £5. But if anyone knows any better deals, I would be grateful for the info. OH wants bottles not cans so that's the best have been able to find so far. TIA

    Have you tried lidl?
I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j
Good things come to those who wait:A Bad things come on express delivery:(
