If the PC has a normal ethernet card, hook it up to the router, goto 192.168.0.1 and copy and paste the key from the router.

Did you install the driver software before plugging the USB adaptor in? Do you have any yellow exclamations marks in Hardware, Device Manager? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

In Network Connections click View - Details. Then View - Refresh. It should now show Wireless Network Connection and against that its status and device name (NETGEAR WG111v2).
Then follow the steps in post 9. While you're checking/changing the wireless network connection properties, click the Wireless Networks tab and tick 'Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings'.0 -

Yes have installed correctly following on screen instructions, and no yellow exclamations marks is move cursor over task bar tells me exactly what it is and that it is connected?:grinheart I've caught it - The TESCO bug!!:grinheartTesco points have paid for Florida holiday this year'Kids now have 'womblitis':rotfl:I :heart2: MSE£2 savings 2008 = £46Quidco £244.95 PAID 2007 - £54.62 received to dateKids Finders keepers jar £5.99 -since 26/5/070 -
Another possibility is MAC filtering on the router blocking the USB adaptor.
