Personally I feel the punishment for these fraudsters should be to have to perform community service with someone who is genuinely very ill and deserving of benefits, a bit like a way of an apology, it must hurt to be mocked by fraudsters and i am quite sure many would glady swap places if they want the benefits that badly .

The profession isn't corrupt. What kind of totally corrupt profession exposes its own corruption? If it hadn't been for journalists, you wouldn't know about phone-hacking.
