I was in Game yesterday and I heard the manager saying to one of his staff about not doing trades for Asda bought consoles. How they can track this I don't know.

Sony DVD's arent that good at all. Just my opinion, but I used to sell Sony products. I have a 1st gen PS2 at home that doesnt play and also an original Playstation too, with the same problem. My Sony discman was the same, I have never bought a DVD by Sony as I was slightly put off.

Everything seems disposible these days.

All asda store have sold out! They might get another shipment in a few days, but this is not guaranteed! :-(

Ps I was told this by a very helpful Asda customer service employee!

My experience has been the opposite. I have 2 Sony DVD players, one of which will have given me nine years loyal service come October. My TV is just about to reach 8 years and my oldstyle chunky PS2 which I bought 2nd hand at least 5 years ago has been fine also - though I have thought about getting one from Asda and selling the older one cheap.

I was told that they had a limited amount they could sell for that price, they had loads of empty boxes on display though :think:
