Been bad. Four perfume samples from Givenchy today. My favourite waitress gave me a leaflet from the Bay. Turns out if I took the leaflet to the perfume counter they handed out deluxe samples and she got entered into a draw for a gift basket. So I had to help her out.

Then the drugstore 75% of rack, Nivea body lotion with two bars of soap attached, Nivea night cream, and a bottle of colour protectant from Garnier.

Somebody had to buy them. It's snowing, so the body lotion is needed because the weather is so dry.

OK, I'll go sit in a corner.

Another UU Inlight Daily Face Oil 1ml Sachet - managed to get a few uses out of this although extremely messy having oil in a sachet. WNBA not really impressed with it, I know a lot of people loved it, but not really great on me.

Up to 15 outs so far still a week till end of the month and have loads of splutterers, but unfortunately loads of ins.

    Hello ladies,

Just to say that Mum informed me that my Easter swop parcel arrived, so I wanted to say thank you to the sender. Obviously I won't be able to open it until I'm next over, but that'll be something to look forward to.

No more UUs here, it's been a slow month, perhaps I'll have to chuck a few unloved items instead.

    Have a good weekend

Pantene Repair and Protect Repair and Protect Conditioner, Normal- Thick Hair (Freebie to trial for Supersavvyme) - WBA, but it's awfully boring Pantene isn't it LOL. I couldn't wait till at least the shampoo or conditioner was finished!

Ah what we'd do if we won the lottery is one of mine and my OH's favourite subjects! I'd definitely quit my job which is heavy going at the moment and I couldn't justify staying in it if I didn't need it financially in any case. I'd like a nice big detached house but nothing ridiculous, wouldn't want to be rattling around in it or having to clean it all the time, don't think I like the idea of having a cleaner! I'd pay my families mortgages off and give them money to do what they liked with. I'd organise a big family holiday with lots of us, my Grandma would absolutely love that so it'd be amazing to be able to do that for her. Shoes are my vice so it'd have to be some lauboutins I think. Would then travel the world, starting in New York, 5 star, 1st Class all the way, lovely!!

Back onto subject (and down to earth :D), two UU yesterday I forgot to account for - last sachet of Garnier BB cream - have already declared I probably WNBA - fine but too sheer to wear alone, at this time of year in any case, and not really beneficial under foundation although did provide a nice base, probably not worth the extra faffing.

Bath Bomb Co. Purple Daisy Bath Mallow - lovely, left the bath water ever so slightly oily but not too much so - did have a flower in as the name suggests but only one which was easily fished out of the water - only one of these left now out of a set and would definitely BA as they're really nice

Have a lovely weekend everyone, I'm taking advantage of an early finish today to unwind before going to pick a no doubt drunken OH up from his works leaving do later on - should be fun :rotfl:

I love day dreaming about what I'd do if I won the lotto:

    1. Pay off all my debt
    2. Go on a massive shopping spree in London, Tokyo, and New York
    3. Buy a luxury flat in the center of london and right in manhattan
    4. Give money to my family
    5. last but not least start my own animal sanctuary

    :D

  • Hello ladies - a couple of UUs on a lovely sunny Saturday

Laura Geller Riviera lipstick - this was actually a TA - the lipstick bullet snapped off and to be honest I couldn't be bothered to use a lip brush to use this up as I have so many lipsticks and the colour was ok but not a HG by any means. Staying power also left a bit to be desired.

Gatineau melatogenine cream cleanser - now, this I like for the morning, the consistency is a bit like Clinique rinse off foaming cleanser. WBA but have other cleansers to UU first - have now moved on to an Elemis melting cleansing gel for the morning (when in the shower) - will report back on how I find this - I get the feeling from reading your posts it is a bit of a marmite product.

Will be back soon to list my Bare Minerals haul (I bought 2 sets as I thought it was great value and most of the things I would use.) I know that I will be on the naughty step tomorrow as I must have the L'Occitane autodelivery with the shea butter handcream. Am thinking what cake to bring already..............

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend -

Trudij - thinking of you - sorry for belated wishes xx

considering spending and going on the naughty step!

thinking of buying clinque anti-redness cleanser and moisturiser

.. although i do have some bottles of cleanser/moisturiser lurking about have had some real problems with redness at the moment esp on the tops of my cheeks.
and these products have had some great reviews as a fix of this .... although may pop to my local counter to see if they have sample/travel size bottles i could buy to give it a try before commiting to buying a bottle (£16 for cleanser, £35 for moisturiser!!! )

anyone tried these products before? or have an idea of a cheaper alternative that actually works?

Afternoon everyone. How lovely is ths weather? I am looking for recommendations for cheek tint/colour thingy. I now don't have any left in the stash. I loved my DVF stick in a peachy colour but can't find it anywhere now. I have high colouring so no pink for me and I have oily combination skin. I did like the ones on a stick too. Any recommendations?

Don't forget Boots have a Clinique GWP at the moment so if you are going to fall off the wagon may as well try to be MSE about it and get some freebies ;) I like their anti redness green make up base but haven't tried the cleanser and moisturiser.

Kiplingmonkey - I'm with you on the HG potential. Think I'm going to buy another one while it's on offer - I seem to remember them saying there is some March promo on this product???? Might have got that wrong tho.
Anyways, another one for the stash I think - off to log on to Quidco now!
Done it - it was March 'product of the month' so no P&P!!

Oh no, I'm tempted to buy another one now - will maybe see how I get on for the rest of the week. It is great as an exfoliator with the rosehip seeds as well - you can make it really scrubby if that is your thing or you can just add fewer seeds for a gentler exfoliation.
