Hi everyone, another UU to report -

Clarins Instant Perfecting Touch - WNBA, the L'Oreal Studio Secrets one does the same job for a lot cheaper! Have to go and buy some primer now!

And since I TA my last BB cream I dug out the Estee Lauder Double Wear. One use in and I now know why I left it at the back of the drawer! It might be great for everyone's oily skin, but not mine! Anyone want a half used bottle?

Thinking of treating myself to something by Decleor, possibly the aroma night nourishing face balm. Does anyone have any decleor recommendations? Thought I would reward myself once I have had a few more UUs and a few weeks of not buying anything.

Years ago I won a pack of Decleor goodies - remember the balm being one of them and I wasn't very impressed although I actually don't like the texture of balms anyway so maybe that was the reason. I have tried their foaming cleanser which I didn't get on with either as it dried my skin out.

However, in the kit was a trial size of the Ylang Ylang oil and that was lovely. i have repurchased that since and may do again when my current oil runs out (mind you it's a big bottle of Good Works oil so will take some time and I love this product so will depend which one I feel like getting when it runs out).

The only Decleor product that I love and will repurchase whenever I get the chance is the Herbal Clay Mask which is fab. Makes a visible difference to my skin as soon as I remove it in that it really brightens it up.
    Hello again

I have loads of UU this week, full size products and everything, its been very exciting!

L'Occitane Shea hand cream - WBA, love this, although I think I have enough hand cream to last til the end of the year at least. And not to mention the body lotion mountain which I'm sure could double up as hand cream.
No 7 Intelligent Colour Foundation in Light - WMBA, I like this because its easy with only having 3 shades to pick from, I really hate having to pick a new foundation shade but the coverage isn't very heavy and it is still quite pricy at £7.50 with a £5 voucher. Will ponder while I UU all the other open foundations in my stash!
Arran Aromatics mandarin and mint body lotion - WNBA, it was a hotel freebie but I wouldn't even take it away for free now! Was really runny and didn't like the smell
OPI Nail Envy - WNBA, I'm sure it does all the great things its supposed to if you use it properly but I don't so it just became a very expensive base coat. The little bit at the bottom went all gloopy so will have to chuck it.
Aveeno radiant moisture lotion SPF15 - WBA, picked up a free sample of this in Boots and was really impressed, had a nice texture and could put make up on straight away on top. Its a new product so not sure how much it costs but will keep my eyes peeled!

Some nice products there mad scientist. Not that I'm enabling anyone or encouraging in any way but QVC have a L'occitane TSV on today which features the hand cream. Might be worth it if it's someone's HG. For me it's nice (am using a travel size of it in my handbag at the mo) but I prefer the Lavender one.

I agree with what you say about Nail Envy. I use it all the time as a base coat and I don't know whether my nails are stronger because of this or because I use a crystal file or whether it's using the two products in conjunction so not sure I want to give it up. I've recently bought a bottle of Nail Polish Thinner to get the last dregs out of this product. I've ended up with a small stash of these due to ordering a QVC OPI TSV on Auto Delivery so considered the thinner a worthwhile purchase if all the bottles are going to go gloopy and so far 2 out of the 3 bottles I own have gone that way.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have an IN to declare. I'll go sit on the naughty step because it turned out to be totally unnecessary but it only cost £5.00. As you all know MrM bought me a pack of 18 mini Sephora by OPI lacquers from the US last year. And as you all know I have a thing for lacquers (not alone as it turns out!). I have fallen in love with a couple of the bottles and have tried to obtain back up full sizes which is difficult because you can only buy $OPI in the US and they don't ship to UK so I've ended up trying to find dupes for them. One of them is called Metro Chic. Anyway in Sainsbury's yesterday I noticed a new range of nail lacquers called Eye Candy and one of them called Early Night looked exactly like Metro Chic so I bought it, brought it home, put it next to the bottle of Metro Chic and it was not exact. In fact it looks more like a dupe for Leighton Denny Leading Lilac that I own.

Wouldn't recommend these lacquers as the quality is pretty awful. So the search for my Metro Chic dupe continues. Budge up on the naughty step. Wonder if kiplingmonkey and scrappie will be along soon due to the purchase of a certain TSV. x

Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Another UU Loreal Everpure Conditioner 250ml WBA doesn't make my scalp itchy, makes colour last longer and doesn't leave hair lanky. Think I'll get one more use out of the shampoo.

Now, now VALM - I'll have you know that (so far) I have resisted.!!!

I was 'thinking' about it, but I have so many shower gels, I know I don't need another:o It is a really good deal tho - esp good if your planning to give a beauty hamper to anyone as birthday/ xmas gifts.

Today, I will be spending time in my garden, where there is no TV!!
