I took a break from being me and went to the vitality show at earls court (I had booked the tickets ages ago and nearly forgot about it)

I may have acidentally bought a few things from bare Minerals, they had them at a really good price...

And then I also picked up lots of samples... but luckily most of those were of food, which didnt last until the end of the evening in our house!

My first sample UU was a john masters organics blood orangeand vanilla body milk. Not something I would probably buy, scent wise, but if I was ever dressing to get a "phoar" out of greg from masterchef, this is the scent I would wear. I went to bed smelling like a very expensive pudding!
  • Another UU for today, Avon Extraordinary body spray, WNBA - they don't sell it any more and I'm not that keen on the smell, still have 3/4 of the perfume left.

Did watch the L'Occitane TSV on QVC this morning and was tempted for all of 5 minutes before I realised the last thing I needed was more shower gel or liquid soap! As a reward for my dedication to the challenge I might go to the shop and buy one of the new lip balms as this is what I wanted most from the TSV, and I did just save myself £45 after all :D

Back to Monday again all too soon this weekend

Hello lovelies. My UUs that I used a couple of weeks ago that I hadn't managed to update!

Superdrug Baby Wipes - WIBA? - Yes. These are my staple face wipes. They feel refreshing on the skin and remove makeup really well. They're also really gentle. Unfortunately I have about 4 packs of face wipes to use so can't buy these for a while!

Sure Crystal Clear Aqua - WIBA? - I think so. It keeps me dry and it has a nice smell.

Colgate Plax Alcohol Free Mouthwash - WIBA? - Yes. It has a nice taste and it leaves me mouth feel refreshed and clean.

Natracare Organic Cotton Intimate Wipes - WIBA? I'm a bit embarrassed putting these here.lol. They were a win.:o They smelt okay but didn't really leave me feeling refreshed or clean so I don't think I'd buy them.

Right lovelies, I need your help.

We bought some new purple towels and I washed them before using them. However, when I'm drying myself after a shower I get all purple stuck on me from the towel (I also get my hair from my head stuck to my body after a shower that has come out whilst washing it, but that's another story!). Does anyone know how to stop this? It's so bad, it's like I'd need another shower just to get it off. :(

And the hair thing drives me mad too - although driver my BF even madder as somehow he ends up covered in my hair too!

  • evening ladies,

Happy Birthday ZoeL - enjoy those lovely 'ins',

I have a uu - Vichy normaderm cleansing gel - this leaves my skin feeling lovely and clean and doesn't leave it feeling tight. I quite like this and have another smaller size one in the stash.

also TA Naked shampoo think it was called smoothing? - I've decided life's too short to have bad hair days just for the sake of using up a shampoo that I don't like!

    happy pampering, xo

Ah. Thanks. It's just so annoying.:o I end up looking dirtier than when I got in the shower! So annoying when I'm putting my body lotion on too because then it gets even more stuck to me!

The hair thing is a big problem for me. I get out of the shower and my arms are covered in my hair!
