John Masters Lavender and Rosemary Shampoo, 30ml - WBA, Lovely shampoo, im so glad Amarya gave us the full size :)

My John Masters from Amarya was the Evening Primrose Shampoo for dry hair, smells lush but I've not tried it yet! :)
  • Morning All!

Used up a Champneys body lotion I got for Christmas - it was spluttering for a while but I finally got to the end. WNBA as it was a bit runny for my liking. It smelt lovely and I'd be happy to receive as a gift, but not special enough for me to part my with money.

Also UU small size Sanctury body butter I've had for about 9 months! There was barely enough of the butter to cover an arm so not sure why I've been hoarding it! WNBA - I prefer butters to be more buttery (like the Body Shop ones) - this was really a thick cream.

Nearly bought the Marie Claire but decided against it after attempting to sort through my toiletries baskets. I got fed up of sorting as couldn't decide how to bundle things together! In the end I tried to keep one of everything in my bedroom and everything else in the spare room. However, that means I'll have to rummage throught everything in the spare room to figure out what I have left when I run out of anything in the bedroom!

OMG you ladies can't half talk!!!!no way do I have time to catch up with all the pages whilst i have been away:rotfl:had a great time in tenerife, weather was wonderful(the two weeks before were not so we were lucky) and only 1 cloudy day when we were on a coach trip anyway.
some ins,the neals yard cream free with mag and clinique moisture surge plus mascara free with mag.......not my usual mags and forgot which one but the prices of clothes were incredible....£13,700 for a coat:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
also got my 1st shesaidbeauty box(I ordered a "gift" sub for myself for £27) which had several items in inc black nail polish.mmmm do I feel like being a goth?

uu a clarins body serum which i took instead of after sun and left my skin nicely moisturised plus shampoo/cond and shower gel that I took and left behind to leave room in the case for stuff I bought.I had priced my YSL perfume before I went at £1 for 1 ml(I know but can't afford the clothes:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)tho you could get it cheaper online.anyway had not thought about duty free shops as always bought at the airport before. We went in a shop and I bought 125mls for 52 euros:j:j:j:jso glad I did as it was 62 euros for 75mls at the airport.
had to buy some painkillers as had run out and was surprised not to see them in the supermarket, had to go to a pharmacy where they charged 4 euros for 10 pills:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:I usually buy tescos own at 16p for 16.

hope every one is well and happy, looking forward to secret easter bunny.....off to do the ironing now(downside of getting back from hols!!!)

    Hi all. I haven't had much to report so I have been enjoying reading your news without contributing much myself. Anyway I now have;
    Ins
Sanctuary Therapists secret facial oil - my skin is getting very dry and I need something to use at night. This was recommended to me by a beautician and it is gorgeous. It smells of rose and I apply a small amount to neck and face before bed. My skin is feeling better already and this could become a HG.
Boots essential cleansing wipes - see above. I keep these and the oil in my bedside cabinet and cleanse and use the oil at night.

    UU
John Frieda colour renew conditioner - WIBA? I like it as it brightens up grey hair but would like to try others. Anyone got a recommendation for silver shampoo or conditioner?
M+S Age restructure neck cream - WIBA? It was OK but not brilliant. Looking for another to replace it with but not sure which at the moment.
  • Glad you had a good holiday Rosemary! Had a fairly productive week with a few UUs - mainly bath stuff. Can't wait for my Burt's Bees body lotion to finish - it's spluttering and should be gone within the week, hopefully!

Rosemary - glad you had a relaxing break - welcome back!

Evilsquid - what an awesome GWP - where did you find that??

Also a UU to get the week off to a good start:

Crabtree & Evelyn aloe vera soap 100g - WNBA as not as good as the L'Occitane soaps - this left quite a bit of residue in the soap dish and I was constantly cleaning it out - L'Occitane soaps seem to stay drier somehow. Have now started a Marseilles Bonne Mere Verbena L'Occitane soap - much better!

...and a confession - have just ordered the jumbo Emma Hardie moringa balm 200ml pot from the Q. Have been really impressed with this and decided to splurge on the jumbo pot as my stash of cleansers is only a teeny weeny bit out or control compared to some of my other stashes! Budge up on the naughty step but hold the chocolate cake - no chocolate for me until Easter - what was I thinking?
