am i the only one who is secretly wondering if i'm one of the ones CAFCGirl is referring to?? I'm feeling a little guilty but honestly i really needed those tights!!! I really did look like a "street walker" and there was no way i was going to bare my corn beefy, unshaven pins!!! C'mon ... you've got to forgive me!!

    CAFCfan ... you've probably guessed i'm female (or a cross-dresser).

by the way - found a great little recipe for easy flapjacks using rolled oats (porridge oats which i always seem to have some lurking in the cupboards), golden syrup, butter and brown sugar and i'm going to add raisins which i've got stacks of. found it on Delia Smith online but let me know if you want the link. going to make them after Ugly Betty which is about to start ...

ps. another no spend day ... got BF to get the fish n chips in !!!! means i get to save what was planned for dinner tonight for tomorrow night!!

    xx

  • Zero spend for me again today. Went to lunch with one of the others from work (semi working lunch), but she paid for it.

I have a dilema if the weather is nice tomorrow, I've been waiting and waiting for weeks for a few dry days to dry out the garden a bit so I can get on with doing the stuff that I want to do. However, that means I need to buy the stuff first - argh !!! I do actually have the money sitting in my house savings account. Oh well, you never know, it might actually rain tomorrow.

Alternatively I could go out and take some photos as I've been waiting for a nice weekend to do that to, and that would cost me absolutely zero (well maybe some petrol depending on where I go to take them).

Must print my mothers mother's day card this weekend too, am thinking of using this photo that I took in her garden last year.
