You keep asking the same question. No one knows the answer. You'll have to wait for their reply.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am trying to start looking into claiming back PPI was going to go to a management company ( I hear you a screaming no do it yourself) my problem is i can not remember all details and in cases the actual lender, all i read is get credit report i have done this but it only goes back 6 years which is no good as alot go back further, I always was a mortgage tart so to speak hopping and jumping to better deals each time every couple years , also had loans from used vauxall and ford dealers but can not remember actual lenders, can i not get a full credit report from say i was 18 ( 22 years back ) instead of the 6 year one? (lets just say got bit wiser as i've aged and am sure i was caught out when i was more financially naive)I need to work of a full report , how can i get this? this has been really nagging me for a few months now but i'm getting no where , think i'm loosing the plot with it. Would be very grateful for step by step advice as i am lost in the waves on info around and so confused i feel like dropping it

So, chances are you didnt have PPI as its a monthly direct debit from your current account. One of the reasons most MPPI complaints fail.

No claims company can remember your credit history. there is no other way than either you remember, or you have documents. You cannot get more than a 6 year history from anyone.

Car dealers weren't regulated prior to Janaury 2005 and can dismiss your complaints.

Are you paying a fee to make the claim?.

You can claim mis sell yourself if you have the account numbers and reasons for mis sell, the IVA company do not have to do this for you, especially if you are paying a fee for them to do it

If you are successful any money will go to the debts, if you or the IVA company do the claim.

You won't find any recommendations here.

If you did employ a company, they want you to find out the information, then they fill in the same form you would, and your chances also drop slightly by using one.
