Can anyone tell me who I send a claim to for mis-sold PPI from Marbles Credit Card please?

I had a Marbles card and it's HFC you need to complain to.
  • My husband was turned down for all his TSB loans from 1983 -1999. I emailed the ceo of the company and had each and everyone upheld with an email. Once they upheld one i emailed after each one and it was paid straight away. Even the credit card that was turned down after I put in a claim wasn't upheld as it didnt have PPI on it but the email to the ceo sent me £100 for the inconvinience of the rejection letter. I had nothing but two loan numbers which were xxxxxxxx03 and xxxxxxxxx04 so i put in a claim for xxxxxxxxx01 and xxxxxxxxx02 and all were upheld.
    Good luck worth a try

  • Hi, I had taken out PPI on an AA Loan five years back incase of redundancy. Unfortunately I did get made redundant two years ago, so I tried to claim on my PPI to cover my payments back to the lender. After being out of work for 30 days I filled in the claims forms and sent them back as stipulated in the terms and conditions. The AA then sent me back a letter stating that because I had received wages in lieu as part of my redundancy package I was not elligible to claim for another two months, but by that time I was back in work. My question is; do all lenders take into account any redundancy payments before they cover loans through PPI. Thanks

As far I know yes, it should be in your terms and conditions under policy benefits.

hi, this is my first post and i would like to ask for your help please. I would like to claim back ppi from mbna for a credit card that my husband has and as you only get one chance i would like to know if there are any reasons that you may have came across that will more or less guarantee that they will pay out on the claim. As yet i have not claimed any ppi back yet so i don't know what kind of reason that they are looking for. Any help would be great and please go easy on me as its my first post. thanks

Payment is lieu means you are actually employed for a longer date than the day you cease working. It is not a redundancy payment. PPI takes no notice of redundancy payments. It will take notice of PILON as that affects your date of redundancy and deferment period starts at the end of that date.

    No wrong doing there.

The most successful reasons are the valid, verifiable and TRUTHFUL ones.

Yes, it's not something you can complain about. I do agree it's yet another "feature" of PPI policies which made them less than value for money. Not a mis-selling reason, though.
