  • I know. I'm great, aren't I?:D

    And as funny as!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I love the way you are so direct and straight to the point.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:(this is a positive trait by the way, I think it's ace);)
  • This is a great opportunity to add all the detail that you missed in your original telephone call and obviously failed to clarify in your second.

    Do note that people have successfully complained on the telephone, but if this has to go to FOS it means that they are effectively dealing with exactly the same complaint information which the Bank did.

    Absolutely! I will write a very comprehensive letter leaving NOTHING out this time ;)

    I've noted that many people have indeed been successful from just making a phone complaint, but as you say, better to be armed with as much written evidence as poss if it does go to FOS...
  • You are very welcome:)

    Well, you can write a letter if you want, but far better to simply fill out the questionnaire comprehensively.

  • Hi,

    I know this has probably been asked but I have a loan with Welcome Finance and have been contacted to tell me I can claim (kind of them to tell me!), however I had a car with them also that was paid up in November, would I be able to claim back on that?

    Many Thanks for your help.
    Matt

  • Hi Again,

    Does anybody have contact details for MD Nationwide (mortgage brokers) or Deacon Homeloans (who bought them out). My mortgage was arranged by them therefor my mortgage company say as they haven't supplied the PPI I cannot do anything. Is this true? I feel I am banging my head trying to get my money back!!!!

    Thank you for any help
