It's in the original building that I sent it to(the Lloyds one from this site) and the person I spoke to when I originally rang told me that Blackhorse was in the same building and said if the forms had been received would have been passed to Blackhorse department.
So this is now week 7 of my 8 weeks, shall I wait another week or send new forms to the Cardiff address for Blackhorse?

Lloyds are ar*e holes they will not move any faster than they have to, ring them every week to find out what is happening, the FOS take an absolute age so stick with LLoyds, at the moment they are the lesser of two evils.
