Hi all, I rang lloyds today for an update on my cc ppi claim and the lady I spoke to said that I should be receiving a letter soon but could not see on the system wether a decision had been made or what it was, I am a bit confused surely the system would have shown what the letter would say. Has any one else had this experience and do you think it is possibly a negative result as she could not tell me(or so she says), any advice would be grateful, thanks Michelle x0

Hi has anyone had ppi complaints with marks and Spencer's? My mum put complaint in nearly 8weeks ago, phoned today for an update and was informed they haven't done anything with complaint as it was overlooked!! He said he would put urgent on it? Should she hang on until next week or ask again? Has anyone experienced this?0

Hi wondering if my Halifax claim will be rejected due to the fact that I thought they were auto paying but when I rang about mine they told me it's being investigated is this normal?get rid of all the pounds by summer !!

We had windows installed by Weatherseal who arranged the finance from First Plus we paid this off in April 2008, we used a reclaim company in 2010 to try and get the ppi back, unfortunately I didn't keep the reply as it more or less said NO!!....I just seem to accept any answer from these people...should I contact First Plus again or do I claim Weatherseal???0

Hi everyone, I'm afraid that I have made a big mistake!
I thought Blackhorse was part of the Lloyds banking group and have sent my fos questionaire to the Lloyds address from this forum, almost 5 weeks ago now. I have not had a letter confirming they have received my complaint, although I did send it recorded delivery and know it has been delivered.
Should I wait for the 8 weeks or should I send new fos forms direct to Blackhorse?
If I need to send forms to Blackhorse does anyone have an address please?
I had originally sent a letter to the local Blackhorse office who dealt with our loans(recorded delivery) and it was returned to us saying addressee gone away.

Give them a ring and ask if they have received this.

It is weatherseal you have to do the mis sell with.
When you got a no in 2010 was this the final response from FP? if it was then you have passed the time allowed to take this to FOS, put a claim into Weatherseal and see what they come back with.0 -
hi amersall thanks for your recent advice, the loan for £7000/£199.84mth,ppi payed on it £1418.85, was takin out in 2001 and finished in 2007, that wasnt finished early it was the other 2 before that because we consolidated them. we foned blackhorse again today and they are still not changing there offer of £240, they said because my husband claimed on the ppi for a few mths due to being off work! x0

I would leave them to get on with it, if you ring they will only fob you off.
Give them another 2 weeks then ring back.0
