If you are correct
Send the complaint to FOS, download the form and enclose a copy of the offer from the bank.
Put on the FOS form that you do not think the offer you have received for the last loan is a true redress for the amount of PPI and interest that you paid, put that this PPI was front loaded, this was not explained to you the true cost and your Hubby claimed 2 months of PPI on this loan and the bank are saying they cannot give you anymore redress as you claimed on this PPI.0 -
thanks amersall will do. they have said they are going to send us a copy of the agreements...fingers crossed they will. xx0

Here you go, they do this over phone too, just have reasons for mis sell ready.0 -
Hi all could you help me understand a part of my latest email as follows
£2612.14 however we will not pay the PPIpremiums on this case, the Personal Loan Service Centre will refund this at the end of restructuring your loan. We will therefore pay you £716.62 which is the interest at 8%
does this mean there now not paying us £2612.14 and only £716.62?
we had letter saying they where paying £2612.14 and now this so i am confused
are they allowed to go back on there orignal offer?0 -
Thanks amersall,
I will ring them tomorrow:)0 -
So here we are guys restarting on this thread this post will just give you a post or two to latch on to.
