Hi wondering if my Halifax claim will be rejected due to the fact that I thought they were auto paying but when I rang about mine they told me it's being investigated is this normal?
If they have stopped auto upholding as they have cleared the back log, then if you were mis sold you will win, if you were not then you won't.
They could just be saying that to you so that you do not keep phoning them0 -

hi amersall thanks for your recent advice, the loan for £7000/£199.84mth,ppi payed on it £1418.85, was takin out in 2001 and finished in 2007, that wasnt finished early it was the other 2 before that because we consolidated them. we foned blackhorse again today and they are still not changing there offer of £240, they said because my husband claimed on the ppi for a few mths due to being off work! x

2) What year did it finish?.
3) What was the PPI amount with interest?.
