YouGov Payment Problem?

  • Redeemed my points for payment in May-heard nothing from yougov so e-mailed them and got a reply that said that I would be paid in a month-6 weeks on and points have reappeared in my points account-no payment and no communication from Yougov. I have e-mailed members support over the last week and failed to get any response from them at all-simply not replying to e-mails or paying up.....

Anyone got any suggestions as to how I can get what I have earned over the last two years?

I got a responce from my email after not having been paid two months after claiming and they said it should have been paid 4 weeks after the claim time.

I double checked my two current accounts and have definitely NOT been paid.

Not sure what else I can do?

Very annoyed and will not be doing any more surveys.

On the 1st June I cashed out £50. I'm still waiting for it. How annoying!

    How bizarre?

Have just checked my YouGov account and my 5000 points are back in there with an extra 300 .

Guess I will claim again maybe using a different account for £50 to go into.

    Hmmmmmm very strange.

  • YouGov seem to be going downhill no replies terribly annoying and not paying within the threshold they advertise, it took less time when sent in the post in a cheque form. Still awaiting payment also for a £50 payout 4 weeks and counting, def will not be doing again!

Finally reached my 5000 points two weeks ago.

Was a bit worried after reading the problems that some people seem to be having.

My £50 was in my account on Friday.:j

Oh my god !! :j:j:j I think I may have been paid at long last............Three months after claiming there is an in-coming payment of £50 in my current account..

Too early to say where it is from but it has to be YouGov.

Really pleased and will start doing their surveys again if it is.

I finally reached 5000 points after 3 years and was paid two weeks later.

But I have decided I am not going to hang around waiting for £50 in another 3 years. I do the odd survey and redeem my points for prize draw. Now I am almost certain the prize draw is a hoax. I have emailed asking them when and where the prize draw is made but have never heard back.

Overall YouGov are an extremely poorly run company to the point that I consider them a scam. How they manage to get away with this kind of practice is beyond me.
