Morning campers!

I have that blurry eyed feeling this morning :eek: Superman wore himself out screetching and humming and headbutting that he slept relatively well, (4hours sleep is now a good night :eek:) but Missy Hinge had a seizure in her sleep and woke up in a wet bed, confused, agitated and very very sore. trying to bath her at 3am in the dark to avoid waking everyone was a experience I don't want to repeat but it was a must to help her pain and easy her embarrassment. She is grumpy and alittle "zombie" like this morning but fluffy Pj's, a leg massage and a TV day infront of "the big bang theory" box set is bringing her around.

It never rains but it pours in the house of Hinge, I will have to hunt down who is responsible for her epilepsy and increasing her medication as the Locum consultant she was seeing has left. It is reinforcing the fact that she must be having a growth spurt and explains why she is so wobbly and bambi like on her legs.

Last night I had the brain fart idea that I ought to clean the oven. I think the spark was ignited when I found the oven cleaning magic boxes on offer in the bargain bin..... battered boxes and all :rotfl:we are due a gas safety check and I remembered my embarrassment last year So the racks went in the bag to soak and the rest got squirted with goopy smelling stuff to work over night...... Did I feel the love for oven cleaning this morning? Did I bol£$%s :cool:

Washer is on for the 4th time today, Missy Hinge's matteress is shampooed and drying, the DW is on for take 2! and the oven is sparkling :eek: I have hoovered downstairs and bleached the bathroom. Mr Hinge has had the seed planted that he needs to tackle the ironing.... well a massive hint when i set the ironing board up and thrust the iron in his hand :rotfl:

Superman is hiding under the table with his lego, Master Hinge is resuing Ponty pandy from the great fire and I, Well I am sat on my a£$e in front of the Tv whilst Missy Hinge snuggles down and tries to explain the ins and outs of the big bang theory :j....... It seems Sheldon is what I envisage Superman to grow up in to :rotfl:

Superman woke up limping :eek: when he came home early friday he mentioned he had sore legs but as he doesn't respond to pain it is so hard to know when he is hurt. I noticed last night he wasn't running like he does and this morning he couldn't walk properly. It seems he's torn some ligaments in his knee most likely from running too fast.

He was very good and let them do the xrays and have a prode and poke but he laughed hysterically and told them it hurt. He screetched and hummed and head banged the whole time we were there and I found that the nurses thought they could do a better job then I was! They took 4 attempts to get medicine in him after he kept spitting it out after they very confidently told me they did it all day every day and it was "easy peasy" :cool: and sighed a huge sigh as we were leaving!

We are home now and Superman is under orders not to run for a while and rest his leg. He is watching Minions on his iPad and eating cake He scammed a new Lego Magazine out of me and a big bar of milkybar chocoate

Never a dull moment eh?! Cake, minions, buttons and lego magazines sound awesome. Sore legs, not so much.
